THERMASHIELD™

Specifications

THERMASHIELD™ is a superior thermal protection fabric constructed of spunbonded polypropylene with hydrophilic treatment for light, water and air permeability.

THERMASHIELD™ is used in greenhouses and similar structures, for plant, crop and seedling thermal protection and insulation. It is lightweight, easy to install, economical, non fray, non rot, will sew or ultrasonic/heat weld and is UV stabilised.

THERMASHIELD™ maintains temperature in covered areas up to five degrees below ambient temperatures, and up to five degrees above night time temperatures. It slows down the rate of loss of heat and allows a light/medium frost protection. With its high permeability, this gives an excellent result with little condensation forming.
